Candidates will undergo on-the-job training for the first two years. They can expect to be immersed in an environment where they will gain exposure to a range of engineering work. We offer a supportive learning environment that encourages the achievement of chartered status through the respective institutes of chartered engineers.

We are looking for graduates with a strong academic record and a good degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or naval architecture. Candidates are expected to be ready for CEng registration and exhibit the potential to take on management responsibility.
